Graduate Merit Scholarship

We offer 30% off the graduate per-credit-hour tuition rate to accepted Leadership and Innovation MS students who have earned an undergraduate grade point average of 2.7 or above.

Specialty Tracks

Leadership and Innovation students customize their thesis and complete the specialization leadership course in one of four specialty tracks: business, health professions, higher education, or social impact organizations.

Flexible Program Format

Cohorts meet one night a week, during eight-week-long semesters, to accommodate the schedules of working professionals. In-person, virtual learning, and hybrid courses are offered in a seminar, action-learning model. This program is 36 credits and can be completed in 24 months.

The MS in Leadership and Innovation’s interdisciplinary curriculum emphasizes team building, effective organizational communication and change, systems thinking, and more. The program integrates experiential and reflective learning in a collaborative environment where students engage in action learning. Graduates make a difference in their communities as executives and team leaders in the business, healthcare, higher education, and social impact fields.

Demonstrate leadership behavior through self-awareness, cultural sensitivity, and team relationships
