Graduate Merit Scholarship

We offer 30% off the graduate per-credit-hour tuition rate to accepted Leadership and Innovation MS students who have earned an undergraduate grade point average of 2.7 or above.

Specialty Tracks

Leadership and Innovation students customize their thesis and complete the specialization leadership course in one of four specialty tracks: business, health professions, higher education, or social impact organizations.

Flexible Program Format

Cohorts meet one night a week, during eight-week-long semesters, to accommodate the schedules of working professionals. In-person, virtual learning, and hybrid courses are offered in a seminar, action-learning model. This program is 36 credits and can be completed in 24 months.
